Download this checklist to see your risk for being exposed to general toxins in your environment, or specific ones such as Heavy Metals, Persistent pollutants, Mould and bad relationships. If you score any points in any section, assess that as part of your Phase 0, clean your environment!
Download this symptom checklist and track your progress monthly or as often as you want to. Ideally you want your total score to be 0 or at least as close to 0 as possible. If you start with many symptoms and your number is high, you will see your total score improve over time, which is very motivating, as we often forget just how bad we were when we started the program!
